Our decision to change the name of the practice from Maughan Dentistry to ICON Dentistry is a direct reflection of our respect for ALL of our doctors, as well as our commitment to the continued growth and success of the practice for years to come. While our name has evolved, the values, relationships, and high standard of care that our patients have come to expect remain exactly the same.

For many years, our dentists have earned the trust and confidence of our patients through exceptional clinical skill, compassionate care, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As our practice has grown, we felt it was important that our name better reflect ALL of the talented individuals who contribute to the outstanding experience our patients receive every day.

Rest assured, Dr. Kenneth Maughan continues to maintain 100% ownership of the practice, we have not sold to a corporate dental organization, and our office remains independently owned and operated. This allows us to continue making decisions based solely on what is best for our patients and our community.

Meet the Dentists

Dr. Kenny Maughan DMD grew up in Orem, UT, and earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Louisville in 2003. In more than two decades of practicing, he has also earned additional certifications in wisdom teeth, cosmetic surgery, dental implants, Invisalign, digital dentistry, and full-mouth dental implants. He specializes in same day cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Handro Martinez earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from Temple University in 2019 and received specialty training and education from the Atlantic Implant Institute. He has also earned additional certifications in oral surgery, full-mouth dental implants, and oral sedation dentistry. His extensive experience with all-on-x dentures makes him a key part of our ability to permanently restore smiles.
