We accept all insurance plans and policies that allow out-of-network coverage, and we are preferred providers with many of the most popular in-network plans.

Our In-Office Membership Plans
Save money instantly by signing up for our membership plan. There are no waiting periods. Simply pay the $139 registration fee to save on today’s visit. A monthly reoccurring fee will continue to cover your 6-month cleanings at no additional out of pocket expense. (see below)

The fine print: Renewal fee of six times the monthly fee applies if membership is discontinued at any time. The monthly fee amount increases each January 1. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each member is responsible for scheduling and completing their annual appointments. Appointments can be scheduled by phone, text, or online at www.icondentistry.com.
Appointment cancellation fees still apply. Membership Exclusion: Unfortunately, in the event of active periodontal disease, routine cleanings and exams cannot be performed until the necessary restorative perio procedures are completed. In this case, the 10% discount will be applied toward the prescribed periodontal procedures, and any membership plan fees will be credited to your account.
