Dr. Kenneth Maughan DMD
“I am passionate about what I do and how I do it! My favorite part of the job is changing the way people feel about coming to the dentist.”
Dr. Maughan grew up in Orem, Utah and graduated from Orem High School in 1993. After Serving a LDS mission to Japan, he attended BYU and went on to receive his DMD degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2003.
He and his wife Shauna, have two beautiful daughters. As a family they love to snow ski, surf and water ski. One of their favorite places on earth is Lake Powell.

Dr. Alejandro Martinez
“I love learning as much as I can so that I can help people in the best way possible”.
Dr. Handro grew up in South Jersey. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and comes from a rich heritage. He enjoyed serving an LDS Mission to Houston, Texas. After graduating from Temple University and earning his DMD degree in 2019, he worked for Implant Dentistry of Florida and was able to receive specialty training and education from the Atlantic Implant Institute. In 2024, he moved his beautiful wife, Angelica and their children from sunny Florida to be closer family, here in Utah.

Dr. Andrew Johnson DDS
“I love getting to know my patients and their families and providing personalized care that exceeds their expectations.”
Dr. Johnson grew up in Orem and graduated from Orem High School. Following an LDS mission to Anaheim, California, he attended Brigham Young University where he earned a BS and MS.
He attended University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he earned his DDS degree in 2011.
He enjoys hiking, camping, pickleball, fishing, tennis, puzzles and game nights with his family.

Our Dental Practice
Dr. K. Craig Maughan DDS opened his doors and began treating patients at Cherry Tree Professional Plaza in 1979. Built on a foundation of service and sacrifice, patients quickly learned they could rely on Dr. Craig for anything they needed. Now, more than 45 years later, although Dr. Craig has passed away, his legacy of providing quality care has lived on and has grown from providing services to 1200 patients to over 5000. Although we moved to our new location in 2012, we are still taking care of a lot of those same patients and their next generation. Nothing makes us happier than when long time patients stop by and say hi, or when they plan their vacations to Utah around their cleanings and treatment! It takes us a bit longer these days to build such strong relationships, but we are committed to ensuring that you and your next generation will feel like family every time you walk through our doors.
